Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Narrative Launch does not guarantee any specific outcomes from using our Services, including but not limited to fundraising success, media coverage, or investor meetings.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Narrative Launch and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Services.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
